Bell is a seasoned insurance professional whose experience, in addition to operation his own firm, includes past appointments as Vice President at Lawton-Byrne-Bruner and Missouri General – top insurance agencies in St. Louis. A resident Missouri insurance broker and agent, Mr. Bell has served as a member of the Missouri State Task Force on Insurance Matters, advising State government on insurance issues.

BAI offers its clients the services of a well-organized account services team, headed by Pat Foster, Account Services Manager. Ms. Foster has 27 plus years of experience specializing in marketing, brokering, underwriting, rating and servicing commercial insurance accounts. Ms. Foster’s responsibility is the timely management of client services, including Claims, Accounting, Marketing, Engineering Services Coordination, and support staff production. Account services also include review of exposures and assistance in devising loss control and safety programs.
Each account team professional has developed extensive experience in their respective specializations, however, we do not rely on experience alone. Our team members continue to develop and expand our technical expertise through trade-sponsored education, seminars and business journals. BAI team members are required to participate in continuing education, both to satisfy State regulated re-training requirements as well as BAI internal standards. BAI, through its affiliation with Missouri General Insurance Agency, is capable of providing coverage for various property and casualty needs as determined by account reviews. The agency accomplishes this through its marketing network and the many carriers available along with qualified people working as a team.
With on-going commitment to a risk management, and a review of the existing coverages, our capable staff would do market searches on present coverages as well as anticipate coverage needs in order to provide clients with what they could expect from the market place.
Our assigned account services manager, backed up by the team, would be available to meet as needed to review premiums, coverage, and market availability and give full reports on activities of our findings as they relate to coverages. The review would also include an analysis of current exposures, preparation of specifications, preparation of statements of values, establishing underwriting data, and completing necessary applications.
BAI is also there when you have a loss. Once notified, our team follows your claim through to settlement with the assistance of our automated agency management system and, if necessary, the intervention of our claims consultant. BAI works with you and the insurer’s adjuster to obtain a settlement that is fair and in the best interest of you, our client.
